Storefront and display glass
Both faces, which is what makes a difference under retail lighting where any film shows immediately.
Serving Fort Wayne, Indiana & surrounding areas
Mon–Fri 8am–6pm Sat 9am–2pm
Ground level, inside and out
Entry glass is the most handled surface in any commercial building and the first thing a customer reads as clean or neglected. We clean storefront and interior glass across Fort Wayne on a schedule that keeps up with the handling.
What we do and do not take on
We clean glass that can be reached safely from the ground or from a standard ladder: storefronts, entry doors, interior partitions, ground and second-floor exteriors where access allows. That covers most commercial buildings in the area.
Anything needing rope access, a lift, or working at height is specialist work with its own equipment and insurance. We will tell you that plainly and help you scope it rather than attempt it, because a provider who agrees to everything is the warning sign.
We also understand the local realities that change how cleaning holds up week to week. Winter brings salt and slush tracked into entryways and carpeted lobbies. Spring and summer bring more dust, pollen, and frequent door traffic. Those conditions drive the details: extra mat vacuuming, hard floor care that prevents white salt film, and a clear plan for restocking and sanitizing high touch points.
You can start with a simple, reliable schedule and expand as you grow. We will help you decide what fits your building and your budget.
Glass we cover
The scope, schedule, and priority areas are defined before recurring service begins.
Both faces, which is what makes a difference under retail lighting where any film shows immediately.
The single most handled glass in the building, and the reason a storefront can look poor two days after a clean.
The grit and cobwebs that collect in tracks undo the look of polished glass, so they are included rather than quoted on.
Office glass walls and meeting room partitions, where fingerprints concentrate at handle height.
Where safe ladder access allows. Anything beyond that is named as out of scope rather than quietly skipped.
Removed, rinsed, and refitted where a building has them, scheduled with the exterior cycle.
Choosing a frequency
Glass frequency is driven by handling and weather far more than by building size.
What we build into the scope:
We schedule around patient flow, and we keep the routine consistent so the office looks and feels the same day after day. If your practice has specific product requirements or checklists, we can align the plan to your standards during the walkthrough.
Getting started
A straightforward setup makes the scope easier to follow and recurring service easier to manage.
Panels, doors, and partitions are counted, and we confirm what can be reached safely from the ground.
Entry glass and interior partitions rarely want the same cadence, so they are listed separately.
The opening visit often takes longer, because it clears whatever has built up before the schedule starts.
After the first visits, frequency is adjusted to what the glass actually shows rather than the original guess.
Pricing glass work
Window work is priced by panel count, access difficulty, and frequency, with the first visit often higher than the recurring rate because it clears accumulated film. Interior and exterior are usually quoted as separate lines.
We quote after counting the glass on site. A per-pane figure given over the phone cannot account for access, and access is what decides how long the job really takes.
Window cleaning questions
Ground and second-floor glass where ladder access is safe. Higher work needs a lift or rope access, which is a specialist trade. We will say so rather than take on something we are not equipped for.
Clean glass handles rain far better than dirty glass, because there is no film for water to carry into streaks. We reschedule when conditions would genuinely affect the result.
Interior glass, usually yes, working around your traffic. Entry doors are better done before opening so nobody is working across a doorway customers are using.
Yes. Clean glass in a dirty frame still looks neglected, so they are part of the service rather than an upsell.
It can be coordinated with it, though we usually schedule glass on a different night so the two crews are not working around each other.
Tell us roughly how much glass you have and whether you need interior, exterior, or both, and we will count it on site and quote the cycle.
